Island Boys and Girls making a mark in the South Western Atlantic Conference in GolfApril 18th, 2007 began a new era in golf for the Texas Southern University Male Golf Team. The team of DeVaughn Robinson and Riccardo Davis from The Bahamas and three other team members won their conference title convincingly. (SWAC Men Golf Championships).
The team from Texas Southern and the other 8 schools all had one goal in mind and that was to come out on top of the Jackson State Tigers, who had won the title for 19 consecutive years.
